Introduction and Practice of Hotel Industry
Develop students' understanding and mastery of the different abilities required by the hotel, including:
understanding Macau's tourism industry and recognizing the operations and functions of various departments of the hotel. Civilian and hospitality includes: the base of hotel office clerk, lobby, housekeeping, catering hospitality, banquet and bar management, dessert making and cocktail mixing.
Introduction and Practice of Convention and Exhibition Industry
To equip students with understanding and mastery of different capabilities of the conference and exhibition industry, including:
understanding the various components of the Macao and international convention and exhibition industry and development, and conference exhibition operations. In addition, students learn knowledge about exhibition and civil service practice, reception of various types of conferences and exhibitions, audio and lighting knowledge of various types of exhibitions and conference venues.
