Introduction:
There are two events in this activity. The former one is the second part of the International Conference : "Lifelong Learning - Provision, Participation and Possibilities" held in Singapore (Nov. 19-21). Some speakers and guests will also come to Macau to follow-up the agendas of the International Conference held in Singapore.
The later one is "Forum of Lifelong Learning in Asia-Pacific. The purpose of this forum is for the educators in the region to reflect and plan for the development of lifelong learning issue.

Theme: Towards lifelong learning society - participation and co-operation.

Purpose:
The purposes of this international conference are:
1. To promote the consciousness of lifelong learning and the roles it can play.
2. To arouse the attention of educators to the co-operation between formal and non-formal
  educational sectors under the concept of lifelong learning.
3. To discuss the possible plan for taking appropriate steps to lifelong learning society.
4. To share and exchange the experience of lifelong learning activities of different countries and societies.

Conference Language:
The official languages used in this conference are English and Putonghua(Mandarin).
